Verizon not connecting on iPhone 5C?

Wherever I go, it doesn't connect. I'm in the Bay Area in California, I'd say it should get coverage. I'm jail broken on IOS 7.0.4 and I removed any obstructions in the cydia platform and still no avail to a connection. I really don't want to replace my iPhone because it was the only white colored 5C in stock when I bought mine. And I don't want to restore it.. There just has to be a way. Please help me! I did every setting to turn off that would potentially obstruct my connectivity yet it still doesn't work...
