Slow song with a violin in the chorus and a female singer?

I listened to this song in the radio though it does not sound like a commercial band/singer.

It is slow and the violin chorus has some Celtic/Irish hints though it does not go fast. Something like tara tara rara tara. As far as for the singer's voice, it is kinda gutural.

It was such a beautiful song! :( I hope someone over here can help me to find it
