I'm a 14 yr old girl. I work out at the gym everyday for 3 hours and i eat healthy for the most part. Lately I've been feeling so tired of my schedule i just want to sleep after school but it is required that i go because of track practice. I have been working out for a while now and i have to do this everyday for the rest of the year to build arm muscle and get an ever more toned body so i can run and throw better.
I love how i am dedicated to this schedule but i'm kind of exhausted by it too and i can't take a day off or anything because apparently i'll be kicked off the track team if i miss more than 3 days.
(Tough team) lol
Iv'e thought before about quitting the track team but i just can't seem to do it since I've come so far,
So what should i do to motivate myself to not give up???
